Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent in proceedings Na.Ka.No.8412/2005/A3 dated 13.09.2006 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to relieve the petitioner from the Revenue Department and transfer the petitioner to the parent Department namely the Public Health Department.

For Respondents: K.Ravikumar Additional Government Pleader.

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned proceedings passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.8412/2005/A3 dated 13.09.2006 and quash the same and for consequential relief.

2.There has been no representation for the Petitioner during the earlier hearing on 09.07.2018. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption of "For Dismissal". Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
