ORDER
The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking to direct the first respondent to consider the representation dated 25.09.2017 for making appointment to the petitioner in the post of Nutritious Meal Organiser at Mana Sandhu Municipality Middle School, Chidambaram, Cuddalore District.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has already been appointed as a Nutritious Meal Organiser at Mana Sandhu Municipality Middle School, Chidambaram, Cuddalore District on 13.06.2018 and presently she is working in the same school. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has now become infructuous.
3. In view of the above submissions so made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, nothing survives 2 / 4
for further adjudication in this Writ Petiton, hence, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
