ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give adequate protection to the petitioner and his family and take appropriate action against the respondents 4 & 5 on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 04.09.2024.

2. According to the petitioner, since he has initiated certain proceedings before the Court as against the irregularities in the affairs of the Society, there

was a life threat. Hence, the petitioner seeks police protection.

3. In such view of the matter, such a blanket direction cannot be given. If at all a real threat is received, it is for the petitioner to lodge a complaint to the police. If such complaint satisfies, the police shall register a case as per law as against the persons who threatened or caused intimidation to the petitioner.
