The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorari calling for the records from the third respondent and to quash the proceedings in Na.Ka.215620/2016/A4 dated 02.01.2017.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and hence, this writ petition may be closed.
