ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to grant extension of ordinary leave for a period of 15 days from 28.09.2019 to 14.10.2019 to the petitioner's father Sekar @ Gunasekar, son of Sachidanandham, Life Convict Ct.No.21210, now confined in Central Prison, Vellore (now on leave), the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.
2.The petitioner, who is the daughter of the convict, seeks extension of ordinary leave already granted by this Court in H.C.P.No.1907 of 2019 dated 12.09.2019 on the premise that surgery is yet to be over for the wife of the convict. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.Considering the above, we are inclined to extend the leave already granted by this Court. Accordingly, the leave already granted by this Court is extended from 28.09.2019 to 05.10.2019, while making it clear that no more extension will be granted. It is for the petitioner to make arrangement for the surgery. However, on the pretext that surgery is postponed, the petitioner cannot ask for extension any more. 4.Accordingly, the leave already granted by this Court in H.C.P.No.1907 of 2019 dated 12.09.2019 is extended from 28.09.2019 to 05.10.2019 on the same terms. The convict shall return back to the prison on 05.10.2019 at 5.00 p.m.
5. In view of the above, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands disposed of.
