Today, this Civil Revision petition is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the order dated 26.09.2023 in Paragraph No. 4 there was a error instead of Civil Engineer it is stated as Structural Engineer . Accordingly prays for appropriate orders.

3. In view of the above Paragraph No.4 reads as follows: Taking into the above facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:- " The Trial Court is directed to appoint a structural Engineer/ Civil Engineer who will be in a position to make a division of the property in question based 1/3

on the Advocate commissioner's report and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of three months the date of receipt of a copy of this order"

4. In view of the above correction time is granted for a further period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to pass orders in I.A.No.203 of 2018 in O.S.No.5224 of 2013.

3. All other observations made in the order dated 26.09.2023 remains intact.
