The above application is filed to condone the delay of 2676 days in filing the claim petition in File No.1052A/130/1999-AnubhavClaims in CP.No.130 of 1999.

2. Considering the fact that the sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the condone delay application. Hence, the delay is condoned as prayed for. The learned Official Liquidator is directed to take Form-66 in the above application and adjudicate the same and upon the adjudication, if any amount is available disburse the amount.
