This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition as for as appearance of the petitioners daily before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders vide order in Crl.O.P.No.24142 of 2022 on 30.09.2022 in Crime No.163 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police every Monday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
