Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner representation dated 03.11.2015 to extend the time for complying the petitioner application dated 11.12.1995 for 7.5 HP power connection for the petitioner lands in S.No.49/5, Pudhukkalayanur Village Sathyamangalam Taluk. With the consent on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner seeks for an issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents, to consider his representation dated 03.11.2015 and to extend the time for complying with the requisites for enabling the petitioner to obtain power connection for his agricultural lands in S.No.49/5, Pudhukkalayanur Village, Sathyamangalam Taluk.

3. The petitioner's representation is pending before the 2nd respondent and Mr.S.K.Rameshuwar, learned standing counsel, accepting notice on the 2nd respondent submitted that the 2nd respondent will consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.11.2015, on merits and in accordance with law.

In the light of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.11.2015, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
