ORDER

This petition has been filed challenging the returned endorsement dated 28.03.2017 made by the respondent returning petitioners representation dated 28.03.2017 and quash the same; consequently direct the respondent to issue 1/3

certified copies of the Certificate of Registration of birth of petitioner's son viz.Guhan born along with the extract of certificate issued on 09.10.1986 in Form No.9, under the Rule 9 of the Registration of Births and Deaths Rules, on the file of the respondent.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, there was no representation for the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
