This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposd in para no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19631 of 2024 dated 14.08.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made on both sides and considering the nature of offences involved and the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail and the fact that investigation is almost complete, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first day of English Calendar month for a period of three months.

Accordingly, ordered.
