The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a writ petition against the order of the Land Reforms Special Appellate Tribunal dated 16.03.1995 in TRP.No.395 of 1991 (CRP.No.2650 of 1988) and has also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition.

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty. No costs.
