This petition has been filed seeking to recognize the Power of Attorney dated 14.08.2024 executed by the 1st petitioner in favour of the 2nd petitioner to proceed with the revision petition.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the 2nd petitioner herein, Aseel Mathur is the wife of the 1st petitioner Vivek Mathur.

The said Vivek Mathur is suffering from severe heart ailments and thereby, he has granted Power of Attorney to his wife/2nd respondent.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
