This application is filed to extend the period for the Plaintiffs to execute the security bond granted by this Court dated 18.09.2024 in T.O.S.No.19 of 2019 on the file of this Court.

2.On 18.09.2024, this Court granted letters of administration in respect of the Will dated 01.05.1988 of Mrs.R.V.R.Sivami Ammal, mother of the applicants. The 1st and 2nd applicants herein had executed a registered Power of Attorney dated 11.05.2019 to conduct the present T.O.S. But the applicants have failed to present the same before the Registry for the purpose of collecting the Letters of Administration bond granted by this Court within the prescribed period since they have misplaced the original Power of Attorney executed in their favour. Hence, filed this application seeking extension of period to execute the security bond granted by this Court on 18.09.2024 in T.O.S.No.19 of 2019.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and perused the entire materials available on record.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this application is allowed and the time granted to execute the security bond is extended for two weeks.
