This writ petition is field challenging the order of the respondent dated 20.10.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader, who took notice for the respondent.

3. Under Section 152 of the Tamil Nadu Co.operative Societies Act, 1983, an appeal remedy is provided as against the order under challenge before the Tribunal. Without exhausting the alternative remedy, the petitioner had filed this writ petition.

4. Since this writ petition is filed without exhausting the alternative remedy, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to move the appropriate appellate authority. No costs.
