ORDER

This Original Petition has been filed to declare the petitioner as the Sole Guardian of the person of the minor child named Mohammed Aadhil born on 03.06.2019.

2.The learned counsel for both parties submitted that the dispute between the parties has been settled out of Court. A joint compromise memo dated 19.02.2026 has been duly signed by both parties along with their counsel, which was produced before this Court.

3.Both parties appeared through video conferencing since the petitioner/husband is presently abroad. The identity of the parties was verified by their respective counsel.

4. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, this original petition is disposed of. The compromise memo shall form part of this order. No costs.
