This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to register FIR against one Mr. Madan and others for the offences committed by them on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 06.06.2013.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.06.2013, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.
