This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday for a period of thee months without fail, imposed in Crl.OP.No.16286 of 2024 dated 11.07.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and he has no previous case and further investigation is not yet completed.

3. Considering the nature of offence, and the petitioner is complying with the condition, and investigation is not completed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., on every first working day of English Calendar month for a period of three months.
