ORDER

This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for substituting the petitioner herein as legal heir of the deceased V.Ganesan in W.P.No.39679 of 2016.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents submitted that he has no serious objection to this petition being allowed.

3. Having considered the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition as well as the copy of the Death Certificate dated 14.02.2019 of deceased V.Ganesan and Legal Heir Certificate dated 25.02.2019 issued to the legal heirs of the deceased V.Ganesan, this Court is inclined to allow this Writ Miscellaneous Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for. 24.04.2025 mrr Index : Yes/No Note: Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title of W.P.No.39679 of 2016 and list W.P.No.39679 of 2016 for hearing on 06.06.2025.
