ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent Police to file charge sheet in Crime No.120 of 2023, dated 09.05.2023 pending on the file of the respondent Police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent would submit that if four weeks time is granted, a Final Report will be filed in Crime No.120 of 2023.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of by directing the respondent Police to file a Final Report in Crime No.120 of 2023 before the concerned Magistrate within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a web-copy of this order without waiting for a certified copy of this order.
