Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order passed in the letter dated 14.08.2024 served on the third respondent Inquiry Officer by the first respondent College Committee Secretary, quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents 1 and 2 and the Inquiry Officer to furnish the petitioner the Tamil version of the Charge Memo and connected documents and to conduct and continue the enquiry proceedings in Tamil. This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the third respondent inquiry officer dated 14.08.2024 and for a consequential direction to respondents 1 and 2 to furnish the petitioner Tamil version of the charge memo and other connected documents and to continue the enquiry proceedings.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 13.09.2024, this Court passed the following order:
"The subject matter of the present writ petition pertains to the decision taken by the Enquiry Officer not to furnish the translated version of the charge memo in Tamil. 2.When this Court expressed its reservation considering the materials placed before this Court, Mr.Ajoy Khose, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will be satisfied if the proceedings are conducted in Tamil language. This stand taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner can be considered.
3.Post this case along with W.P.No.24605 of 2024 on 24.09.2024."
3. Heard Mr.V.Ajoy Khose, learned counsel for petitioner, Mr.B.Ravi, learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.K.Surendran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 4 and 5.
4. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the enquiry was conducted in Tamil language and that it was recorded both in English and Tamil language.
