2.After completing the formalities, this Court referred the matter before the learned Master for recording evidence. When the matter was listed before the learned Master for recording evidence, the petitioner did not appear and the endorsement also shows that even sufficient opportunity has been granted, the petitioner did not appear before the Master. Therefore, the matter was posted before this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed for default.
