The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner is that petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every day at 10.30 am for a period of three months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation in Crl.O.P.No.18472 of 2024 dated 01.08.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the nature of offences involved in this case and the fact that investigation was almost completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
