ORDER

When the matter came up for admission, it was represented by Mr.S.Jayachandran, learned Government Advocate for the Respondents that the Petitioner has already challenged the cancellation of the Patta before the Revenue Divisional Officer. Having challenged the same, the Petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition that too requesting to issue of a joint patta.

2. Since the earlier request has been rejected and the matter is in appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer, the Petitioner cannot simultaneously file this Writ Petition and the Petitioner cannot ride two horses. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
