PRAYER: First Appeal has been filed under Section 96 of the Civil Procedure Code r/w Order 41 Rule 1 CPC against the judgment and decree passed by the learned IVth Additional District Judge of Thiruvallur at Ponneri, in O.S.No.45 of 2010, dated 31.10.2017, in decreeing the suit.

J U D G M E N T

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the parties submitted that the matter has been settled out of Court and a joint compromise memo has been filed in this regard. 2.The appellants Ganesh and Dinesh are present before this Court. 1/4

The respondents S.Babu, Usha Rani and Saravanan appeared through video conferencing. Both the parties agreed for the compromise and requested to record the joint compromise memo. 3.Recording the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the parties as well as the parties, the above said joint compromise memo is recorded.

4.In pursuance of the joint compromise memo, final decree is passed and this Appeal Suit stands disposed of. No costs. The abovesaid joint compromise memo shall form part and parcel of this order.
