2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that, in paragraph 38(i) of the order dated 15.11.2019 passed in the above batch of Writ Petitions, it has been erroneously mentioned as Section 40 of the Tamil Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Act, 2016, whereas, it should read as Section 40(1).

3. It is also submitted that the name of the counsel for the Petitioners in W.P.No.31156 of 2018 has to be printed as Mr.R.Subburaj, instead of Mr.P.Subburaj.

4. In view of the above, Registry is directed to incorporate the following modifications in the order dated 15.11.2019 passed in the above batch of Writ Petitions:

(i) In paragraph 38(i) of the above order, Section 40 of the Tamil Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Act, 2016, shall read as Section 40(1).

(ii) The name of the learned counsel for the Petitioners in W.P.No.31156 of 2018 shall be printed as Mr.R.Subburaj.
