ORDER

The petitioner filed the writ petition challenging the suspension order dated 14.01.1999 and the consequential order dated 29.01.1999, wherein the petitioner was not permitted to retire from service.

2.I do not find any merit for adjudicating in this matter, after the lapse of 14 years. However, it is open to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner to workout the remedy, before the authority, after the departmental proceedings are over.
