ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 26.06.2019 to the 1st respondent for issuance of fresh patta and the subsequent reminder representation dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

06.08.2019 sent to the 1st and 2nd respondents within a time frame as prescribed by this Court and further, direct the respondents to remeasure the petitioner's property in accordance with law and issue fresh patta.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the 1st respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the application of the petitioner dated 26.06.2019 and reminder representation of the petitioner dated 06.08.2019 to remeasure the petitioner's property and issue fresh patta, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
