Respondents Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings of the second respondent in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.038500/Nir.2(1)/2016 dated 28.02.2017 and to quash the same as illegal, incompetent and ultravires and consequently direct the second respondent to promote the petitioners to the post of Assistant from May 2008 with all consequential benefits and to promote the petitioner to the post of Superintendent with effect from May 2011. 1/4

Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. 4.
