ORDER
(1) Parties had been advised to appear before the Mediation Conciliation Centre and they had taken up such advice to heart and a Report had been forwarded by the Mediation Conciliation Centre dated 13.07.2017 wherein they had also settled the issues between themselves. The Mediation Agreement dated 13.07.2017 signed by the petitioners/ respondent/learned counsel for the petitioners/learned counsel for the respondent shall form part of this order. (2) In view of the same the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
