Crl.M.P.No.16505 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.16505 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.21618 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner on his release from the prison shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of police, North Beach Police Station, Chennai daily at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.21618 of 2022 by order dated 12.09.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would also submit that investigation had been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the District Mahila Court, Thiruvarur and the same has been taken on file in S.C.No.40 of 2022.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21618 of 2022 by the order dated 12.09.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the District Mahila Court, Thiruvarur on the first working day of December 2022 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the District Mahila Court, Thiruvarur.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
