(The Order of the Court was made by M.Venugopal, J) The Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners has made an Endorsement in the present Writ Petition to the effect that the tenants who have filed the present Writ Petition, had vacated the premises (in question) and hence, the present Writ Petition may be permitted to be withdrawn. Recording the said fact and the Endorsement so made, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
