2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioner/appellant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the credit of "Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court of Madras", on or before 29.09.2023".
