W.M.P.No.28740 of 2022 in W.P.No.29413 of 2022 M.SUNDAR, J., and HEMANT CHANDANGOUDAR, J., (Order of the Court was made by HEMANT CHANDANGOUDAR, J.,) This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity].

2. Captioned WMP has been filed with prayer to dispense with production of 'original copy of the impugned communication bearing reference Na.Ka.No.5733/2022 dated 19.10.2022' [hereinafter 'impugned order' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

3. Mr.S.Gokulkannan, learned counsel representing counsel on record for writ petitioner, is before this Court.

4. Learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that the original impugned order is retained by the petitioner for audit purpose. However, a photocopy of the impugned order was filed along with the typed set of papers. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to relevant part of support affidavit, which reads as follows: 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

M.SUNDAR, J., and HEMANT CHANDANGOUDAR, J., mk '16. The original copy of the impugned communication bearing Na.Ka.No.5733/2022 dated 19.10.2022 issued by the 2nd respondent is retained by the petitioner for their audit purpose. Thereby the petitioner may be dispensed with the production of copy of the same for the time being.'

5. Taking into account the fact that the authenticity of the impugned order is not subjected to contestation or disputation, we are considering the dispense with prayer.
