This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to register the case on the complaint dated 23.04.2016, investigate the same and to file final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that the opposite party is a tenant in a temple property, to evict whom, the petitioner claiming himself as a social worker, has filed the present petition. The complaint does not disclose any cognizable offence for giving a direction to provide police protection. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
