Alleging the violation of the orders of this Court made in W.P.No.21283/2015 dated 04.01.2017, the present contempt petition has been filed.

When the matter is called, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ against the order passed by this Court dated 04.01.2017 in

W.P.No.21283/2015, the State has preferred a Writ Appeal in W.A.No.597/2018 and the same came to be allowed by a Division Bench of this Court by judgment dated 27.03.2018. 3.

Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed.
