Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of impugned order dated 21.03.2017 videproceedings in No.M.C.2282/2016/A1 on the file of 3rd respondent and Quash the same.

ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed to call for the records of impugned order dated 21.03.2017 vide-proceedings in No.M.C.2282/2016/A1 on the file of 3rd respondent.

2. It is seen that as per the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent there is absolutely no grievance to the petitioner. Admittedly as against the issuance of patta appeal is pending before the District Revenue Officer, Coimbatore District / the second respondent. Therefore this Court finds no grievance to the petitioner over the impugned order and there is absolutely no merits to challenge the impugned order passed by the third respondent. In fact, the 145 proceedings initiated has been closed.

3. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
