This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to register the complaint dated 12.04.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner on 12.04.2022, CSR Number has been assigned in CSR No.389 of 2022; petition enquiry has been conducted and closed as civil in nature.

4. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
