This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 21.11.2015 against the accused persons for proper and fair investigation. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 21.11.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.R. No.333/2015 and the same was closed on 25.11.2015. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.
