This application has been filed under Section 29 A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, to extend the time for completion of arbitral proceedings and passing of award by the Arbitral Tribunal by 8 weeks time.
2. The learned counsel for the applicants would submit that the learned Arbitrator was not able to complete the arbitration proceedings within the time frame fixed by this Court. Therefore, the present application has been filed, praying extension of time to complete the arbitral proceedings.

5. In view of the above submissions, this Court grants 8 weeks further time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the learned Arbitrator to complete the arbitral proceedings and pass the award.
