ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents herein to register an F.I.R. based on the petitioner's complaint dated 15.04.2016. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner lodged a complaint with the third respondent police; on the said complaint, the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R. No.1715 of 2016 and the petitioner is not co-operating in the enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The petitioner is directed to appear before the third respondent police and co-operate in the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [(2014) 4 SCC 1], otherwise, the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
