72/2 and 81/ 7 to a total extent of approx. 11.5 acres from the name of the petitioner's grand- father to issue joint patta in favour of the petitioners by vide Memorandum in O.Mu. No.4891/ 2025/ G dated 03.07.2025 issued by the 2nd respondent to the 3rd respondent, based on the petitioners' representation dated 30.06.2025 and dispose the same within the time frame that may be fixed by this court. This writ petition has been filed for direction to the 3rd respondent to change the patta Nos.88, 24 and 44 for survey Nos.49/ 1 and 2,61/1 to 4, 72/2 and 81/ 7 to a total extent of approx. 11.5 acres from the name of the petitioner's grand-father to issue joint patta in favour of the petitioners by vide Memorandum in O.Mu. No.4891/ 2025/ G dated 03.07.2025 issued by the 2nd respondent to the 3rd respondent, based on the petitioners' representation dated 30.06.2025 and to dispose 2/4

of the same within the time frame that may be fixed by this court. 2.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioners' representation dated 30.06.2025 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioners and respondents 4 to 7 and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 3.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
