This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 19.04.2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.On a reading of the complaint, it appears that the petitioner's husband's friend appears to have filed a memo in a pending proceedings in M.C.No.230/2015 stating that a suit in O.S.No.71/2015 is pending, which according to the petitioner is false. In the considered opinion of this Court, pending a suit, no positive direction can be given to the police to register an FIR.
