This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.23256 of 2022 dated 28.09.2022, passed by this Court that the petitioners shall report before the Inspector of Police, Sriperumbudur Police Station everyday at 10.30.a.m., and report before the Inspector of Police, Sunguvarchatram Police Station everyday at 05.30.p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioners has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23256 of 2022 dated 28.09.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Inspector of Police, Sriperumbudur Police Station on every Monday and Saturday at 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
