(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to accept the cause title in the above appeal.

Heard Mr.Selvalingam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, who submitted that though the name of the second petitioner herein viz. P.Lashmanan, was mentioned in the award in N.H.No.47 Aa.Va.No.405/B2 dated 25.04.2015, passed by the third respondent Arbitrator, it was inadvertently omitted to be added in the award dated 31.03.2022 passed by the Principal District Court, Salem, in Arbitration Original Petition No.200 of 2015, against which, the present appeal has been preferred. Hence, this miscellaneous petition has been filed to accept the cause title including the name of the second petitioner. 3.
