Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the second respondent letter bearing No.SE/CEDC/N/HT/AAO/R/A&D/F 1609/2004 dated 06/02/2004 and quash the same and restore electricity supply of HT No.1609 to the petitioner mill situate at S.No.94, Village No.66, Sevuttupanapakkam, Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District 601 206 and permit the petitioner to pay the accrued electricity consumption charges together as on date amounting to Rs.19,02,275.60 in 20 equal monthly instalments. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the second respondent letter bearing No.SE/CEDC/N/HT/AAO/R/A&D/F 1609/2004 dated 06/02/2004 and quash the same and restore electricity supply of HT No.1609 to the petitioner mill situate at S.No.94, Village No.66, Sevuttupanapakkam, Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District 601 206 and permit the petitioner to pay the accrued electricity consumption charges together as on date https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. In view of the fact that the amount to be paid to the Electricity Board has been fully paid and the account is closed and also the balance amount transferred to another account. To that extent, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also made an endorsement.

4. In view of the above nothing survives in the writ petition and the same is closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
