Prayer:- Appeal against the judgment and decree of the Special Sub Court for Land Acquisition Cases, Cuddalore dated 06.09.2017 in L.A.O.P No.567 of 2013.
Decree : This Appeal coming on for hearing on Friday, the 29th day of October 2021 upon perusing the grounds of Appeal the judgment and decree of the trial Court and the material papers of the trial Court and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. S.Mohan, Advocate for the Appellant and M/s.A.L.Gandhimathi, Advocate for the 2nd Respondent and the Respondents 1 & 3, not appearing in person or by Advocate and having stood over for consideration till this day, this Court while allowing this Appeal Suit, order and decree as follows:
