This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the first respondent pertaining to his proceedings in A.P.No.35 of 2022 dated 29.12.2023 and quash the same and consequently, confirm the order of punishment dated 28.02.2022 passed by the Enquiry Officer.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent has been reinstated into service, in view of the settlement entered into between the petitioner Management and the second respondent.

3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
