This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to transfer the investigation of Crime No.45 of 2023 pending on the file of the third respondent to the CBCID.

2. The learned Government Advocate would submit that FIR in Crime No.45 of 2023, pending on the file of the third respondent police, has been enquired and the same was closed as 'further action dropped'. The petitioner was also duly served with the Refer Charge Sheet in RCS.No.4 of 2024 and the closure report has also been filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.
