This is an application to permit the petitioners /appellants herein to amend the first petitioner /first appellant's name in the cause-title of the Memorandum of Grounds in the above W.A.No.2203 of 2023 as 'the District Revenue Officer, Chennai District' instead of 'the Urban Land Tax Tribunal, Office of the District Revenue Officer, Thiruvallur District'.

Heard Mr.K.Karthik Jegannath, learned Government Advocate for the applicants.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the application is allowed.
